New In: Threads Lashes

Lashes are something I don't dabble in too much. I don't tend to go for the big, dramatic, glamazon look as I honestly don't think they suit me. I much prefer a softer, more natural looking lash. But when Threads got in contact to ask if I would like to try out some of their lashes, I couldn't say no after seeing their variety in styles!

I was kindly sent three pairs, the first pair being their Red Cherri Lashes. At first glance I was thinking 'eeeek they are very full on'. Which they are, but the volume seems to be at the lash root, meaning the ends of still have that softer wisp that I look for. The second pair are the Charleston Lashes which are the most natural of the three. Don't expect crazy volume from these ones as they're only going to give some added length. These would be great for everyday use if you're someone who wears lashes on the daily. The final pair, and my favourite pair; the Vava Voom Lashes. Again, super natural, but with a little added volume. These would still be perfect for daily use, but like me if you have sparse lashes, will add some volume as well as length.

Threads Lashes retail for £9 which isn't super affordable, but we've definitely seen pricier. You also get lash glue included which is actually a really good glue, I was pleasantly surprised. Overall I'm very happy with these. I did have to trim mine slightly just for that perfect fit, but once applied they were very lightweight and comfortable to wear. My only niggle is for £9 I wish the packaging was a little nicer, the plain red box seems kind of on the cheaper side.
