My Luxury Pamper Treats for the Ultimate Pick Me Up

I don't own too many really luxurious beauty products, and the ones I do I save for special occasions mostly, or days where I need a little extra boost. You don't necessarily need to have a full blown pamper evening to achieve this though, something as simple as spritzing yourself in your finest perfume can do the job. I've been reaching for Clive Christian's Addictive Arts Perfume as a little treat to myself.

So, what exactly does 'The Ultimate Pamper Night' entail? I usually start by running a nice hot bath and adding some bath oil or bubbles. I don't use anything too strong in scent, normally something a bit more grown up and relaxing like the Aromatherapy De-Stress Bath Oil. I also add a few candles on the edge of the tub to create that relaxing ambience. If you're looking for a luxurious candle, I'd highly recommend Jo Malone's Pomegranate Noir Candle.

Before I get into the bath, I make sure all my makeup is removed using the Gatineau Eye Makeup Remover. This is a great pick for those with sensitive skin as it's soothing and gentle to the face. After getting in the bath, I like to use the Rituals Zensational Foaming Shower Gel as it's quick and easy to rinse off.

Then I apply my favourite hair mask, the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer, and face mask of choice, which is usually the GlamGlow Sonic Gravitymud, and relax in the tub with some calming music playing.

The pampering doesn't stop once I'm out the bath! I finish with my ultimate cleanser which is Liz Earle's Cleanse & Polish to remove any dirt, and basically prep my skin for the night ahead. I also like to apply the skinChemists Rose Quarts Eye Cream to my under eye area.

And to finish off, I spritz my perfume of choice on. As previously mentioned, the Clive Christian perfumes are the epitome of self indulgence and will leave you feeling like a classy, sophisticated goddess! There's so many luxurious scents to chose from, one of which being their white rose floral perfume, which is definitely my kind of scent.

What are your ultimate luxury pamper treats?
