My Trusty Little Sunflower Cream

Hello my lovelies,
Today I have a have a quick review of a product I've come across recently. The product is a moisturiser, and you've probably guessed from the title, it's called 'My Trusty Little Sunflower Cream'.

The first thing that attracted me to this product was the story behind it. The cream was originally developed by Salisbury District Hospital to aid the recovery of those whose skin had been damaged due to burns or plastic surgery. The concept behind it is that the Sunflower Oil found in the cream replaces essential fatty acids which have been lost due to damage.

'100% of profits generated from sales are re-invested into patient care.'

There are two versions of the cream, an unscented and lavender scented version. I opted for the lavender scented version as I'm a sucker for buying things which smell good. And this really does smell good! Not only that, it is a great moisturiser! Since the tube is rather small, I tend to use it more as a hand cream rather than and overall body moisturiser. Plus my hands get super dry in the winter! Since using this cream I've noticed my hands don't appear to be as dry as usual. The cream sinks into the skin quickly which is great, and leaves your skin feeling smooth and baby soft! Also, how cute is the packaging!

The 100ml tube retails in at £6.99 which I think is a tad on the expensive side compared to other creams on the market, yet it is not outrageously priced.Overall I loved this cream and I would recommend if your skin needs a pick me up!
