7 New Beauty Products I've Been Loving This Month

It's been a while since I've done a beauty favourites post, simply because I actually don't buy as much makeup as I used to, and there aren't too many new releases that have excited me lately.

However, throughout October I seemed to have gotten quite a few new products. I think this time of year seems to bring the more exciting releases in the lead up to Christmas.
I've managed to narrow it down to the best of the bunch. So here are seven new beauty releases I'm currently loving:

BARRY M LIQUID CHROME HIGHLIGHTER DROPS
I'm sure you've all heard of these by now. These were an absolute pain to get a hold of, the shade I wanted seemed to be sold out everywhere! But finally, I was able to find the shade 'Beam Me Up' on ASOS.

In a world where we are all obsessed with highlighting, these have become an essential of mine! I apply a few drops to my cheekbones and brow after my foundation, and blend out with a beauty blender.

Honestly, these are great on their own, but I usually use these a sort of base, and apply a powder highlight on top for a blinding glow.

JEFFREE STAR FAMILY COLLECTION
I'm not gonna lie, it's been a while since I bought anything new from Jeffree. I think my last purchase was the Androgyny palette. Saying that, there were a few bits from 'The Family Collection' that caught my eye.

I managed to get my hands on two liquid lips in the shades 'Nathan' and 'Delicious'. I honestly can't fault the formula of Jeffree's lipsticks, I'd even go as far to say they're in my top three! I chose 'Nathan' purely because I love nudey oranges, and 'Delicious' because I actually don't have a colour like this in my collection!

I also picked up one of his Lip Scrubs in the Peach Popsicle flavour. There isn't too much to say about lip scrubs, other than it smells and tastes incredible!

PRIMARK FALSE LASH EFFECT MASCARA
Okay, so I don't necessarily know if this is a 'new release', but I'm going to include it anyway. I have never tried any makeup from Primark, and only picked this up on a whim after forgetting to put my usual mascara in my bag. But I'm actually pretty impressed.

If I remember correctly, this only cost £2.50 and claims to to give your lashes extreme length and volume. I wouldn't say its very volumising, and is pretty clumpy when you try to layer it. However, it does add quite a bit of volume, and for the price I'm not about to complain.

RIMMEL RITA ORA MATTE BLACK NAIL POLISH
I've actually already mentioned this polish in my Rimmel Shades of Black post, but I'm still obsessing over it.

Matte polishes always let me down, and this one just hasn't! It dries quickly and evenly, making the finished result flawless!

HUDA BEAUTY SMOKEY OBSESSIONS PALETTE
Finally, we have the Huda Palettes everyone is going crazy for. Choosing which of the four palettes to go for was one of the hardest decisions I've had to make. In the end, I chose the Smokey Obsessions palette.

First thing's first, yes this palette is pretty small, but the main reason I wanted this was I thought it would be great for travelling. The colour selection is great for taking looks from everyday to nightime. Which means, you could probably just pack this and you're good to go.

The mattes aren't my favourites, but are my no means terrible. It's the metallics and shimmers that make this such a great palette, they are honestly some of the best, if not THE best, shimmer shades I've ever tried.
