Avon is a brand I'm sure we're all very familiar with. It has been loved throughout the years by many generations. I know within my family both my mum and nana have purchased and used Avon products for as long as I can remember! Well now Avon have released a brand new collection with established makeup artist Lisa Armstrong. Here's a quick run down of what you can expect to see in this collection:
If you're looking for that perfect matte base, you need to start off your makeup routine with the All About The Base Primer. This luxurious formula is enriched with Vitamin E and Shea Butter to deeply hydrate your skin prepping it for makeup application.
The SKINvisible Foundation has a lightweight formula which is easily buildable if you want a more full coverage glam look. With light reflecting powders, you can expect that gorgeous luminous and radiant finish! The shade range is limited at the moment with 10 shades to choose from, so hopefully that will be something that is improved in the future.
This 2 in 1 formula is perfect for concealing and highlighting the under eye area. The Light Me Up Concealer is available in 4 shades and comes in a clickable pen applicator which makes it super easy to apply and blend out for a flawless look.
To set all your base makeup in place, you'll want to check out the Fix Up Look Sharp Setting Powder. The lightweight velvety-matte formula will set your makeup in place perfectly, whilst avoiding pesky flashback!
The Cheat The Heat Bronzing Powder is fantastic for contouring, or adding a natural looking bronzed glow to the face. It is a buildable formula with more of a cool tone pigment to avoid that harsh orange look. You can choose from a matte or shimmer formula for your preferred look.
Next up, the Gleam Supreme Highlighter! Coming in two shades (Pink and Gold), this highlighter will leave your skin looking healthy and radiant with iridescent pigments that sit beautifully on the skin.
Moving onto the eyes, and probably my favourite product from the collection is the Dazzle Stick Eye Pencil. Available in 6 dazzling shades, these pencils are super creamy so are easy to apply and blend on the lids.
The Miraculous Volume Mascara has a waterproof formula which is easily removed without excessive rubbing. The brush is specifically designed to add volume and length whilst being easily being built up without being clumpy.
So your eyes look fantastic now, but what about your brows? Introducing the Brow Down To Me Eyebrow Pencil. Available in 4 shades, this creamy formula makes filling in your brows super easy. It also comes with a grooming brush to comb and tame your brow hairs.
Eyeliner is something that can be very tricky to apply. Well the Miraculous Tattoo Eyeliner has a precise tip for quick and easy application. It's easy to glide on and create both thin and thick lines for that intense matte black winged liner look.
Moving onto Lips now, the Colour Within The Lines Lip Liners comes in 7 different shades ranging from nudes to deep pinks and berry tones. The soft formula makes application a dream! And the pigmentation is fantastic.
And the final product in the collection is the MATTEiculous Lipstick which comes in 4 different shades. The matte formula means you can expect your lipstick to last all day! However, to ensure your lips stay moisturised the formula is also enriched with Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter.
