May Favourites 2015

1. Rimmel Stay Matte Powder
No ones likes looking oily and greasy in the hot weather so a matte powder is an essential for me during summer. Rimmels Stay Matte Powder is something I've constantly repurchased time and time again as it does the job better than expected and for under a fiver, nothing in the drugstore compares for me! I wore it for almost 12 hours whilst outside in London and it kept me matte and held my makeup perfectly in place.
2. Essence Silky Touch Blush
Blushes are something I don't tend to reach for. However lately I've been wanting to add some colour to my face without going all out with bronzer. This blush is great for newbies as it is not heavily pigmented so will look light on the skin but can be built up to a heavy application if desired.
3. Benefit Porefesional
This is a cult favourite. If you have large pores and want to blur them then this is the product for you. Not only that but it creates a great base for foundation to apply smoothly and flawlessly onto the skin,
4. Herbal Essences Shampoo & Conditioner
My hair is on the dry side of the scale so unfortunately breakages occur regularly. 'Bee Strong' smells of honey (pretty obviously) and is great at strengthening your hair and making it thicker. It does leave your hair feeling quite heavy so if you already have thick hair I wouldn't recommended using this on the daily, instead use it more as a 'pamper treat'.
5. American Horror Story
Finally a non beauty favourite, American Horror Story. Everyone raves about this show and I finally caved to see what the fuss was about. I'm currently halfway through season two and I'm addicted. Definitely the kinda show that will have you saying 'just one more episode then I'll go to bed..'

What have you been loving throughout May?
