Teapigs!

Hello my lovelies,
As you may or may not know, I drink quite a bit of tea, and when quite, I mean a lot. I'm always on the look out for new flavours and types of tea, so when I came across a website called teapigs.co.uk I was in heaven basically.
If you don't know what teapigs is, have you been living under a rock?! No but seriously, teapigs has probably the biggest range of tea flavours I have yet to come across. They have something for everyone, from sweet flavours, to more fruity flavours.
So I thought I would test some out!
The two flavours I decided on are 'Chocolate Flake Tea' and 'Rooibos Crème Caramel'. The reason I was so drawn to these flavours were because I've never seen anything similar! Seriously, how often do you come across Chocolate Flake Tea?! I just couldn't resist.
Chocolate Flake Tea
Now since this contains Cocoa I was a little dubious as to whether or not this would just simply taste like a hot chocolate, which it totally doesn't! It's not as sweet and sickly as a hot chocolate as the chocolate flavour is pretty subtle. So it's great if you want something sweet but not so overpowering. I've found it's also great with a drop of honey in it, and even iced! At only 1 calorie a cup, how can you complain!
Roobios Crème Caramel
This tea is again sweet in flavour from the Caramel, yet has a more nutty taste to it. This tea is a great healthy treat as it's packed with antioxidants and nutrients. One thing I have to mention is I've found it has quite a string 'woody' aroma. Again, you can't complain at 2 calories per cup!

Rooibos Crème Caramel- teapigs
Overall I'm impressed with these flavours and would love to try more from their range in the future!

  3. That is a strange name for a tea brand. xD I've never tried them before (or heard of them before), but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try! ^_^
