New In: Girls with Attitude Fairytale Palette & More!

Girls with Attitude is a brand I'm fairly new too. I've always seen their gorgeous brush sets and palettes on Instagram but never had the chance to try them out. So you can imagine my excitement when I got back home from Portugal to find a parcel from the lovely gals over at GWA waiting for me!

The first product I was dying to open first was their new Fairytale Eyeshadow Palette. This palette consists of 12 shades and is an online exclusive only, meaning you can only get your hands on this through the GWA website.

First thing's first, I know everyone is going to drool over this red velvet packaging as we all did over the likes of the Anastasia Modern Renaissance. Unlike their other palettes, this one doesn't come with a mirror which I find a little odd as this is one of their more highly priced palettes. Without a mirror, palettes can sometimes look on the cheaper side so I really do think the lack of mirror is rather disappointing.

So, let's move onto the actual shades. Their are 12 shades in this palette, 3 mattes and 9 metallics. The metallic shades are incredible. Not only are they highly pigmented but they have that soft buttery formula that makes them blend effortlessly. The mattes for me aren't the best in terms of pigmentation and need to be builded a bit more. But since they're only three matte shades, that doesn't bother me too much.

Next up, we have a range of brushes from the new Flamingal collection. Honestly, their brushes and sets are some of the prettiest I've seen, with these ones being no exception! From the metallic pink handles, to the pastel ombre bristles, everything about the brushes are gorgeous. My favourites are their smaller brushes for eyes and concealer. They're soft but are compact and dense enough to blend out shadows perfectly.

Also, from the Flamingal collection are these gorgeous lashes. I don't wear lashes too much as the big overdramatic look just doesn't look good one me. I much prefer a more natural and dainty looking lash. As you can see from the two pairs I have, they are right up my street! The pair on the left are in the style Sunset, and the the ones one the right Pink Sands. I love that these are described as 'feather light' because they truly are, making them a great everyday lash!

Finally, we have these stunning sets of false nails. These nails fit in perfectly with the whole mermaid trend that everyone's loving as each one set is a gorgeous iridescent or metallic shade. My favourite ones are definitely the 'Merbae' nails which are the green ones!

What are your fave GWA products, and what products will you be adding to your wishlist?
