Colourpop Mile High EyeShadow Set

In terms of value I honestly think ColourPop offer some of the best sets on the market. Over Christmas I placed another order so have a lot of these sets to show you in future posts. To begin with, I have the 'Mile High' Set which contains six full sized eyeshadows. The pans don't show off these eyeshadows to their full potential, once swatched it becomes much more apparent the array of glitters and colours within the shades.

The first shade in the box is 'Truth' which is the tamest of the shades as it is a simple light beige colour. Unlike the majority of the other shadows Truth is a satin shade so gives more of a sheen rather than a glittery metallic finish. This shade makes a great base for any eye look! Next up, we have the first metallic shade 'Nillionaire', a bronze with a ton of gold and pink glitter. This shade is in my top three as it's so wearable for being a metallic shade! The added pink glitters give this shade a little more dimension. Next is 'So Quiche' which is such an unusual shade, it kind of reminds me of oil! With it's olive undertones and flecks on gold and purple glitter this shade is one of a kind.

Starting of the second row we have 'Lala' which is an orangey copper shade. Similarly to Nillionaire, I find this shade very wearable. It is a bit more on the orange side but is again packed with glitter! Then there's 'Cricket' which is another one to make it to my top three! This is a cool toned purple shade, packed with multi-dimensional glitter! Let's be honest it's not the most wearable, but it looks stunning in the pan! Finally, my favourite, 'Mittens' which is probably the most boring shade as it's basically a matte plummy brown. However, I love this because for a matte it's super pigmented, and can easily be worn on an everyday basis!
