The New Shea Moisture Range You're Going to Love This Summer

When it comes to the Summer months, I find my hair needs a little bit more TLC than usual. This means reevaluating what products I'm currently using and finding which works best for my haircare needs. I have very thick, and wavy hair which can get very dry in the hotter months. Therefore I need products that are going to still hydrate my hair, but are lightweight and not too intense.

The new Fruit Fusion Coconut Water range from Shea Moisture has totally fulfilled my haircare needs, and has left my hair feeling better than ever! The range is formulated with ingredients that are moisturising, and lightweight so don't weight down your hair. In particular, there have been three products that have now become my go to's and will be using all throughout the summer months.

Fruit Infused Weightless Shampoo & Creme Rinse

The first two products I've been loving is the Fruit infused Weightless Shampoo & Creme Rinse. Together they gently cleanse and hydrate my hair, and most importantly for me, are super lightweight! The formulas are very rich in nutrients and minerals to ensure my hair is left looking, and feeling it's very best. With a anti-oxidant blend of Coconut Water, and various fruits such as Dragon Fruit, Lychee and Green Apple, not only will the two leave your hair feeling hydrated and replenished, but it will also smell delicious!

The Fruit Infused Weightless Creme Rinse can actually be used two different ways. You can use it just like you would a normal conditioner, by following after Shampoo and rinsing as normal. Orrrr, you can also use it as a leave in conditioner for those times your hair is feeling a little bit more dry than usual! I do recommend only using a tiny amount if you do choose to leave it in, to avoid any product build up - especially if you have thick hair as it can be quite a pain to rinse out if you use too much.

Fruit Fusion Weightless Hair Masque

And finally, I've also been loving the Fruit Fusion Weightless Hair Masque. Now I have a bit of a love hate relationship with hair masks. I find they're either reaaaally good, or reaaaaally bad. But this one definitely gets a thumbs up from me! I find a lot of masks actually leave my hair 'too moisturised' to the point that my gets oily a lot quicker than usual. But thankfully, that's not the case with this one. Personally, for me and my hair type I find using this mask every other week gives the best results. It provides my hair with deep hydration for those periods where my hair is extra dry and my usual conditioner just isn't cutting it! I've also found it prevents my hair becoming frizzy/static, meaning my hair is left looking a lot sleeker and smoother. This would be a great product to take on holiday with you, because we all know how unmanageable out hair can be in humid climates!

Once again, Shea Moisture have hit the nail on the head with this range and I'll definitely be reaching for these products a lot in the summer, or even on holiday! It's the perfect range for those with dry or damaged hair, and the scent just screams summer!
